About

Every frame must tell a meaningful story.

I'm a Kashmir-born cinematographer and director of photography based in the United Kingdom. I co-directed and shot Wolf of Watford, a 49-minute documentary released on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video in 2026. Before that, I worked on camera and drone crews for Discovery Channel India's Lost Essence of India and for The Habitats Trust's natural-history film Denmo, selected for ALT EFF 2026. Today I run Soul Media, a production company that has delivered 14+ event films, brand promos and social campaigns for clients from London trade shows to Sharjah. I'm also Senior Videographer / Editor at Photonimage, a London studio delivering 100–150 weddings a year. I hold an MA in Cinematography for Film and Television (Merit) from Bournemouth University and an MA in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Kashmir. On every shoot, I work with natural light and frame each shot so it carries the story.
