I'm a Kashmir-born cinematographer and director of photography based in the United Kingdom. I co-directed and shot Wolf of Watford, a 49-minute documentary released on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video in 2026, and I've worked on camera and drone crews for documentaries with Discovery Channel India and The Habitats Trust. I studied Mass Communication and Journalism at the University of Kashmir, then completed an MA in Cinematography for Film and Television at Bournemouth University (Merit). Today I run my production company, Soul Media, and work as Senior Videographer / Editor at Photonimage in London. I work with natural light and frame each shot so it carries the story, across documentaries, brand films, music videos and live events.
